The Secret to a Meaningful Evaluation

Take note:

The Speaker whom you will be evaluating shall send you the evaluation form according to his/her speech project. Should you do not receive the evaluation form one or two days before the Toastmasters session, you may remind the speaker to do so.

The Evaluator shall email the Speaker the written evaluation after the Toastmasters session.
